Ana Kulild Crawford

Services for Ana Crawford, DDS (49), of Tyler, Texas will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Grace Community Church with Danny Loeffelholz officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Tyler under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Ana passed away on October 18, 2024, while visiting family in Kansas. She was born on November 17, 1974, in Groton, Connecticut to Jim Kulild and Jan Morgan Norman. She spent her life moving across various Army bases in America and Germany. Growing up, she enjoyed many activities with her friends and family, such as basketball, swim team, and track. In college, she traveled abroad in Florence, Italy, and was active in her sorority. Jerrod and Ana were married in 2000, served in the military, and enjoyed every bit of life together. They also went on many adventures and vacations with their two sons, with their favorite places being Vail, Seaside, and the Great Northwest. Everywhere that Ana went, light and love followed her. Ana had many accomplishments in her very full life. She graduated from Lakeside High School, Harding University, and Texas A&M College of Dentistry, receiving the highest honors at each school. Ana was proud to serve in the US Army. She enjoyed working as a dentist at Copeland Creek Dental alongside her husband and brother-in-law, always engaging with and uplifting the patients and staff. She served as teaching faculty at Tyler Junior College Dental Hygiene School and was adored by her students. Ana was an avid Grace Cougar fan and never missed a game of either of her boys. She was also a member of Grace Community Church, where she served many Sundays with the youth group. Ana loved being a faithful leader with Bible Study Fellowship for many years. She was always involved with her church homes and loved serving in her community. She gave joy and encouragement to every person she encountered, especially influencing the lives of her family. Ana was preceded in death by her father, James Kulild, DDS, her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Kulild Sr., and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Morgan. She is first and foremost survived by her devoted husband, Jerrod Crawford, DDS, and her beloved sons, Kole (20) and Jack Crawford (17) and their family dog, Dan. She also leaves behind her loving mother and stepfather, Janice and Tom Norman, her dear sisters and their husbands, Emily and Colby Adams, and Drs. Jamie and Jake Kirby, and numerous nieces and nephews. Emily and Colby have three children- Abigail (18), Will (15), and Ellie (12). Jamie and Jake have four children- Beau (14), Luke (11), Ben (8), and Cora (7). She will be dearly missed by all of her loved ones, and she leaves a beautiful legacy for them all. The light of Jesus always reflected from Ana’s words and actions she lived each day with a bright smile, welcoming spirit, nurturing heart, contagious joy, and Godly love. We find hope in the midst of our grief by the knowledge that Ana is resting and rejoicing eternally in the arms of her Savior. The pallbearers are Colby Adams, Will Adams, Jake Kirby, Beau Kirby, Adam Dossey, Cody Anderson, Mark Faulkner, and Jonathan Hosch. Visitation is scheduled from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway, in Tyler.
