A graveside service for Bobbie Carolyn Evans, 69, of Flint, will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2010, at 10:00 AM at Flint Cemetery with Deacon Clarence Blalock officiating under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Mrs. Evans passed away on February 16, 2010 at ETMC in Tyler. She was born September 13, 1940 to Marvin and Myrtle Collins Judkins in Monticello, Arkansas. Bobbie Carolyn graduated from Monticello High School in 1958. She was a member of the Eastern Star and loved to play golf and cards. Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by her parents, her brother James S. Judkins, sister-in-law, Michelle Evans and brother-in-law Mike Evans. She is survived by her loving family including her husband of 48 years, Roger Evans, Sr.; son, Roger Evans, Jr. of Flint; daughter, Sharon Evans Akers and husband Joe of Plano; siblings, Billy Judkins and wife Susan, Harold Judkins and wife Elsieon, Johnny Judkins, Terry Judkins and wife Linda, Geneva Owens and husband Buddy, all of Monticello, AR., Betty Marshall and husband David of Crossett, AR.; sister-in-law, Vivian Judkins of Monticello, AR; brother-in-law Mitch Evans of Bay City, TX; brother-in-law Mark Evans and wife Mary of Flint, TX; and grandchildren, Nicholas and Dylan Akers both of Plano; and numerous nieces and nephews.
