Adam Christopher Frantz

In celebration of the life of Adam Christopher Frantz, we will have a service at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 8th at CrossPointe Church, Tyler Texas. Adam was born to Matthew and Diane Frantz in a unique way; he came faster than expected and was born in the back of an ambulance in Preston, MO on March 11, 1988. Adam was brought home to join his brother, Steven Frantz. Adam was born and raised in Southwest Missouri; he attended K-12 in Buffalo, Mo, Dallas County R-1 school district. Adam was a happy, cheerful child; he had health challenges early on. At 18 months old, the family was told by the medical team he had a 30% chance of living beyond the age of 3, he beat the odds! He led a full and vibrant life; Adam accepted the Lord at a young age and was baptized in his home church in 1995. Adam joined into marriage to the love of his life, Ashlee Lambert on May 14, 2022. They lived together in Troup, TX for the 4 years they were given. Both Adam and Ashlee loved the Lord and served him well, they were very active at CrossPointe Church of Tyler, TX where Adam was a strategic member of the Security Team. Adam and Ashlee went to meet Jesus on the same night, they both died as the result of a tragic car accident on July 24, 2026. Adam worked several places thru his short life; he was very capable and took pride in being able to fix things and have the tool to do it! His first career experience was with retail; however, he found a home at Andys Frozen Custard as maintenance manager. The Andy’s family played a large role in Adam's life for several years. Adam was a caring companion for his grandfather Franklin Stackhouse and his extended family by marriage, Franklyn and Marguerite Taylor, prior to their passing. Adam was modeled compassionate, loving care as a child by his family members thru his illness and trials, and as an adult he became a compassionate care giver, to those that came into his life. Adam took very seriously his role on the church security team and was registered in Texas as a Private Protection Officer. Adam is survived by his parents, Matthew and Diane Frantz of Louisburg, MO, his brother and wife, Steven and Ashley Frantz of Tyler, TX, his nephew, Logan Frantz of Tyler, TX, his Uncle and Aunt, Junior and Joilynn Stackhouse of Tyler, TX. Cousin David of Grand Rapids, MI, and cousin Lynsey Stackhouse Browning of Graham, TX, both previously of Tyler, TX. His Aunt Valerie George of Stafford, MO, his Uncle David and Carissa Frantz of Groves Springs, MO, his Aunt Martha and Mike Lewis of Long Lane, MO and numerous cousins in southwest Missouri. Adam was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Franklin and Louella Stackhouse of Preston, MO, paternal grandparents Vernon and Bernice Frantz of Buffalo, MO, his Uncle Eugene George of Stafford, MO and his Aunt Rachel Akins of Buffalo, MO. Adam carried on the legacy of his family as unassuming, hardworking, and capable. He tried to live out his faith and commitment to Christ every day. Adam and Ashlee will be greatly missed.
