Darrell Wayne McKaughan

Graveside services for Darrell Wayne McKaughan, 68, of Noonday, will be held at Noonday Cemetery in Noonday on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Royce Savage officiating, under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Mr. McKaughan passed away at home on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. He was born February 20, 1948 in Horatio, Arkansas to Paul and Thelma McKaughan. Darrell was a member of Noonday United Methodist Church. He graduated from Horatio High School. Darrell worked for Haliburton and traveled the world with his family until his retirement in 1985. He then moved to Noonday and started and owned Noonday Tractor which became Noonday Tractor and Auction, until he fully retired in 2003. In addition to his parents, Darrell was preceded in death by his wife, Kay. He is survived by his loving family including daughters, April DeLeon and Misty Kinnett and husband Brad; grandchildren, Lauren DeLeon and fiance Edgar, Brett Kinnett and wife Loretta, Bianca Stephenson and husband Adam, Jerrod DeLeon and fiance Jessica, Cooper Kinnett and Katiann Kinnett; great-granddaughter, Raylee Kinnett: great-grandson, Whitten Stephenson; sister, Mary Joan Talton; brother, Johnny McKaughan and wife Judith Terry. Pallbearers will be Ted Turman, Royce Bane, Cody Donahue, Jerrod DeLeon, Cooper Kinnett and Kenneth Keeling. Honorary pallbearers will be Brett Kinnett, Jimmy Donahue, Jonathan Donahue, Rex Swain, Brad Kinnett, Edgar Ramirez and Adam Stephenson. Visitation is scheduled on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway, in Tyler. April and Misty would like to express their gratitude to Rex Swain for his unwavering love and support over the years to not only us but also our Daddy. Rex, daddy loved you so very much and we know that he has peace knowing that you are here for us. You were not his friend but his brother, as he would always say. We love you. The family would like to thank Dr. Gary Babbitt and his staff for their unwavering love and support for our family.
