Barbara "Bobbie" Faye Bell Featherston

November 3, 1955 - February 19, 2022

Memorial services for Barbara Faye Bell Featherston, 66, of Jacksonville, TX will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Fellowship Bible Church, 1817 E. Rusk St., Jacksonville, TX with Rev. Graham Hale officiating. Mrs. Featherston passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022 in her home in Jacksonville. Bobbie was born November 3, 1955 in Tyler to Lewis L. Bell and Melba D. Ballard Bell. Bobbie was an active member of Fellowship Bible Church in Jacksonville and served in the hospitality ministry and anywhere else she was needed. Bobbie graduated from John Tyler High School where she was very active in extra-curricular activities. She was the assistant drum major for the Blue Brigade drill team. Bobbie loved to sing and dance! Bobbie was an extremely gifted artist. She could take anything and make it beautiful! She was talented at taking a discarded object and turning it into a beautiful masterpiece. Bobbie loved working (playing) with her sister, Carla, at chasing rabbits in Athens. Bobbie always had a smile and loved serving others. She was sassy and so classy! Anywhere she was, you felt the love of Jesus with you. She loved the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her greatest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren. Oh, how she loved them! Life was always a treasure hunt with her! Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Melba Bell, and her brother, Bubba Bell. She is survived by her loving family including husband of 15 years, Randy; children, Amanda Longacre and husband, Casey; Casey Lowdermilk; sisters, Carla Bell Florence and husband, Hal; Beckie Bell Knox and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Hunter Lowdermilk, Jackson Lowdermilk, Bailey Lowdermilk, Taylor Lowdermilk, Braxley Lowdermilk, Annie Lowdermilk, Oakley Lowdermilk; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
