Genell Rocha

Graveside service for Genell Rocha, 83, of Tyler will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Tyler Memorial Park with Brother James Cheatham officiating under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Mrs. Rocha passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 in Tyler. She was born April 24, 1938 in Tyler to Elmer Wyatt and Lelia Hayes Wyatt. Genell was a member of Westwood Baptist Church. She graduated from Brownsboro High School. She held the position of Coordinator of Infants with The Gregory Center. Genell was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Rocha and son-in-law, Bruce Sims. She is survived by her loving family including daughters, Robin Biles, Cheryl Sims; son, Ricky Rocha; son-in-law, James Biles; and daughter-in-law, Tanya Rocha. Grandchildren are Rylee Biles, Jordan Sims, Cavin Sims, Mitch Jones, Matt Jones, Maddie Jones, Meg and Ty Lawrence, Kaitlyn Rocha, Clay Herber, Brady Herber, Brooklyn Herber, and Presley Herber; and great-grandson, Knox Jones. Pallbearers will be Mitch Jones, Matt Jones, Ty Lawrence, James Biles, Mark “Bubba” Wyatt, and Cavin Sims. Visitation is scheduled from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway, in Tyler.
