Services for James Wesley Henderson, 51, of Whitehouse will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Stewart Family Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Tanner officiating. Burial will follow at Whitehouse Cemetery in Whitehouse under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Mr. Henderson passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022 in Tyler. He was born September 15, 1970 in Tyler to James Adam Henderson and Virginia Crook Henderson. James was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church. He graduated from Whitehouse High School in 1989. He then went to East Texas Baptist University where he received a Bachelor of Science in 1994. He worked as a salesman, for almost 20 years, at Sleep Masters in Tyler, Texas. James was preceded in death by his father, James Adam Henderson and his mother, Virginia Crook Henderson; his paternal grandparents, John and Bernice Henderson; his maternal grandparents, John and Annie Crook; his uncle, Doyle Henderson; and aunt. Lucille Hasting. He is survived by his loving family including his wife, Tammy Heath Henderson and his children, Natalie Ann Henderson, Jake Wesley Henderson, and Claire Renee Henderson of Whitehouse, Texas; brother, Jay Adam Henderson of Tyler, Texas; niece Jackie Plaskett and her husband, Billy of Rockwall, Texas; aunts, Jeanie Henderson, and Margaret Curtis and her husband, Jasper of Bullard, Texas; uncle, Leon Hasting of Tyler, Texas; cousins, Todd Hasting and wife, Janina of Tyler, Texas, Dodd Hasting and wife, Tracy of Tyler, Texas, RJ Campbell and his wife, Jennifer of Arp, Texas, Gina Smith and her husband, Tommy of Lindale, Texas, and Tonya Oliver and her husband, Richard of Tyler, Texas. Pallbearers will be Jake Henderson, Jay Henderson, Tim Boies, Gerald Saleh, RJ Campbell, Todd Hasting, Dodd Hasting, and Joe Ball. Honorary pallbearers will be Jasper Curtis, Leon Hasting, Michael Heath, and Alan Heath. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway in Tyler.
